In the DIY spirit, the sounds are familiar but with little regard for the rules enforced by genre. Songs that nod to classic Americana rest on beds of shoegazy ambience. Confessional ballads are lifted by intricate guitar counterpoint.  Lyrics are thoughts in a daydream.  It is alive and outgrowing its pot.
